• Customer agrees not to rely on AVOT Avocado Thoughts LLC for instructions on use of any product.

• Our website offers a variety of hydroponic products and services, including grow systems, nutrients, and supplies.

• Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address.

• Customer agrees that products ship within 3-7 business days, Monday-Friday. (However, due to ongoing global & local supply chain issues, Customer understands our ability to meet this specific timeline may be hindered. In those few cases, we will ship as soon as we are able to do so).

• Customer understands, due to ongoing global & local supply chain issues, labeling and packaging may occasionally be different than pictured/stated in product listing.

• Customer agrees not to hold AVOT Avocado Thoughts, LLC responsible for a parcel lost or damaged by USPS.

• You as the customer are responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS if your purchase/package has been damaged or lost.

• If your package is lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), you agree AVOT Avocado Thoughts LLC will not be held responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered", which indicates USPS successfully delivered the package to the specified address.

• You are agreeing that your purchase/package does not come with insurance and that NO refunds will be issued due to damage, seizure, or loss.

• All customers accept sole responsibility for following their own State/Local regulations regarding the products purchased.
